Our Team
Before partnering forming as Spark InSites, Amber, Jessica, Monika, and Quincy were participants in the Rockefeller Foundation Redevelopment Fellowship Program through the Center for Urban Redevelopment Excellence (CUREx) at the University of Pennsylvania. While working in a variety of fields related to their city’s New Orleans’ recovery, the partners realized they shared a common, pervasive obstacle — the lack of reliable data in a usable format from which to make informed decisions. In early 2009, they formed started Spark InSites to address the need for consistent, coherent data to answer development-based questions. Their expertise in New Orleans’ ever-evolving markets uniquely positions them to clarify and quantify the variables, allowing their clients to make sound investments decisions.
